Bad Bad service !!!

February 19 I placed an order. After waiting 1 week, nothing was delivered. I cancelled the order. Makro has failed to refund me the entire amount. They split my order and only refunded 1 part of the order. What an absolute nightmare!!! No communication. No response. Call center agents are clueless. I’ve been waiting ever since for my refund. We are moving towards 3 weeks, still nothing has been done about it and no one has answers for me. Second time I deal with this disgusting service. Will definitely not recommend makro online.
