BAD BAD SERVICE
Really bad. Pathetic. Bought items online, but the parcel has not been collected by the courier now for 10 days. Completely unacceptable. Not in today's world.

10 Jan 2019, 15:20Called them 6 times today. They promise to call back but don't. They don't give solutions. My view of Makro changed from BAD to WORSE. They are pathetic. Unprofessional and ***********. They don't know how to run an online retail store.
