Bad bad online service

I placed an order online on the 18march and i also received tracking number showing that expected date for delivery is the 22 march but to my surprise when i track my package it shows that is has been delivered to my address!how is that possible,i contact customer service on Saturday the lady told me that it shows no movement for my order and she dont know were is my order they will contact the supplier,im really disappointed and will never order online again, Makro is 1 of the biggest retail store i didn't expect disappointed hence i ordered with them.i wont recommend anyone to buy makro online
