Bad bad bad service - false advertising

Bad service. Placed order on 9 Feb. Once order was confirmed Makro advised of delayed delivery which was not the case when the order was placed . Order was escalated, no feedback received. I phoned on 13 Feb to follow up, only to be told that item is out of stock. No one let me know, the order was cancelled at my request. I received a call on same say to advise thst refund will take 7-14 working days. This is unacceptable, this is not due to any fault on my part, but due to false advertising on Makro's part, I am bring penalised having to wait for my refund due Makro's "comoany policies"
