Bad Bad Bad Service

This is the 3rd review of Makro South Africa. They are the most unprofessional company that there is.I am waiting now for 12 days for a refund due to there bad Unprofessional service.They are very quick to take a person's money but when they must refund there are excuses.When you contact them you speak tonso many consultants that make the same empty promises as Makro online .They must change the name to Makro Online Emty promises ,we're the customer don't count I ask them how many times to speak to someone high up to inform them how pefectic there service is but no (Wonder why) Excuses galore it's all I get, I think let's go to the news papers and Cart Blanch
