Bad Bad Bad Service

I have ordered a product from Makro Online, according to the store the product was going to be delivered on the 05 December 2023. Today is a week later and the product is still not yet delivered.

I phone Value Express, who is the delivery partner, I was told they only deliver to my area on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Value told me they were going to deliver the product last week Friday, 08 December 2023, waited, nothing was delivered. I called them on Monday, 11 December 2023, they promised that it will be delivered on Monday late afternoon, still nothing.

This is really appalling service from both stores, just like everything, just like everything else in this country. Almost nothing works and people can't honour their word anymore.
