Bad Bad Bad Service

I took my vacume cleaner to them to repair because it was still under guarantee on 08/05/2018. After numerous calls to the returns department to found out what is going on. They never called me regarding it , I was the one who always called. Today after a month and a half 14/06/2018 I called AGAIN to ask what is going on. I demanded to hold on regarding it. The return clerk phoned the supplier and the best off all. The vacume cleaner was in there receiving department and they didn't even know it. How bad is that. They don't know what is going on in there own shop. BAD service. Even the Managers don't know
