Bad bad bad service

I am still waiting for my refund. Two orders were cancelled, and they only refunded me for one. Their service has been unsatisfactory. It is frustrating to see items advertised only to be told they are out of stock when it comes time for delivery. Additionally, I have not received my refund yet, and it has been nearly two now. Now they are also ignoring my emails.
