Bad, Bad, Bad

I have an order that I created which was later cancelled by the store (13 Nov 2024) they haven’t refunded me to date!!!

There is another order that I made on the 25th November 2024, which they cancelled 6 items out of 9 and said it’s out of stock whereas the app says otherwise, I called in same day to cancel the 3 items as well because 1, delivery was delayed and the items were not needed anymore, to this day I have not received any communication from them 🤨
