Bad bad bad experience

2. MAK*** Order placed on the 16th of May R999.00

Both of these orders are part of orders and only some of the items were delivered. I was promised a refund on both orders and are still waiting. This is now the 27th of July and I haven't received anything. The only response I get is from Ashleigh that tells me they will look into this and get back to me within 2 working days. This was 2 weeks ago and my emails are now being ignored.
