Bad bad bad

Really want all to know how bad they are. We went in today to get out refund that was promised to us last week. We went in to the refund side please please lostnow we came in there first of all they are just standing there no one ask to help I went in and introduced myself amd explaining the story still the same story of 4 weeks back. The ons lady said she is going to call the manager 🤣 what a joke after 20min of waiting I myself went to the other entrance and asked to she the manager she was nice and sitting there I thought the refund department already called her to come amd she us but they didn't. So I explain myself again to her about the creepy crawly
