Bad attitude from manager but day saved by professional service from store manager

We went yo your mall@carnival branch today. At the till points I noticed that strips of kellogs rice crispies had a price label of R5.95. My wife called for a manager. We waited for a while and the cashier eventually decided to go and fetch him (Trishen). My wife pointed out to him the price point and he immediately went on the attack saying he studied CPA and she can forget he won’t give it to her at a reduced price. I pointed out to him that CPA actually says that you should honour the price tag. He then asked me where did I learn CPA as that is not what CPA is about. My wife then called on the Store manager (Suna Pretorius)What an asset to your business!!. Within minutes the issue was resolved in a very professional manner. The service we got from your cashier at till 39 was exceptional. My wife pointed this out to the manager??? Trishen but he was not interested in that only to point out that he studied CPA and we wont get anything at the price as shown on the label
