Bad attitude and very poor service experience

Bad attitude and service received from the lady at the Till by the name of Thato, when we arrived at the till we were not acknowledged, as we waited on the till parcelled on who is there to service us, she was bit distance with her till busy massaging each other with the other guy who is her colleague, as i asked her if she is tired cause she was youning and unfriendly, she then frauned her face asked me whow is that my business, i told hee that me asking if she is tired is trying to maje her aware of her friendliness she immediately told me how much i mind things that don't want me and that i should buzz of, i told her that thats not how customer's are treated as they are the onrs paying her salary...without finishi8my statement she slashed at me. I asked her to call her superior who came, when i was trying to explain my complaint she just left me tgere talking, i called her back thrn sge said i can talk to someone else, she then went to look for her but couldn't find thr person. I am very disappointed with the behavior towards customers
