BAD AND UNHELPFUL SERVICE RECEIVED FROM MARKO
I PURCHASED A 2 NEW ITEMS FROM MAKRO MONTAGUE GARDENS ( BOSCH APPLIANCES) AND THE ONE UNIT WAS DAMAGED ( INFESTED) NOW THE BRANCH AND ONLINE COMPLAINTS ARE REFUSING TO HEAR ME OUT INSTEAD THEY ARE REFERRING THE MATTER TO THE SUPPLIER WHICH IS BOSCH. MYSELF WHICH IS THE CLIENT NEEDS TO ENGAGE THE SUPPLIER MYSELF AS THEY REFUSE TO GET INVOLVED. THE RESPONSE FROM THE COMPLAINTS AGENT FROM THEIR ONLINE SHOPPING WAS VERY ABRUPT AND UNHELPFUL

04 Aug 2021, 12:28Bought two brand new Bosch units from Makro Montague Gardens. One unit have been infested which cause the urine smell to fade that it rusted the metal of the built in oven. I discovered this when I unboxed the unit because the branch didn't do it now they just saying the warranty doesn't cover rust no mention of the infestation that occurred in their branch. Bosch is willing to assist but I need to cover the cost which is unfair as Makro just pass on the bucket not taking ownership. I'm very greatful to Bosch for trying to remedy the situation to uphold their reputation but that does not give Makro the right to use this as a get out of jail free card. I wont be leaving the matter like this. I can assure you that if my skin colour was different the resolution and approach with have much better. My bad experience will be shared with my friends and family. As a loyal customer this is how you treat me?

YOU are still not taking ownership and my complaint seriously and it frustrates me.YOU are diverting from the truth about how the rust occurred due to the infestation that initiated in your branch not following the correct protocol to reassure me that the unit was in good working order.Its my first encounter with such poor service after being a loyal customer all these years. Pathetic!!!! I read a review from someone posted a day later from the opposite race. HER incident was attended immediately with much consideration more professional and swiftly. HER outcome was positive and attended to in less than a week after her complaint. Does my my skin colour not meet the criteria ?my money not good enough?my incident less important?
