Bad after-sales service.

I recently purchased a KIC 314 Lt fridge/freezer combo online and it came incomplete. There is a sliding cover on top of the fresh compartment and this was not supp****. After numerous emails sent after 3 weeks I still don't have my part and no help from anyone from the store or head office. Very bad after-sales service.
