bad

I ordered a couch on the 24th of April on the Makro website,and I received the order on the 6th upon receiving the order I realized that what I ordered is totally different from what I got.What was advertised is totally different from the one I got,the couch is a total disaster the stitching is very untidy the colour is also not the one i ordered😥😥😥With black and grey threads and it's very hard. When I contact Makro they telling me about the seller.I am now stuck with a couch I don't want because Makro is not willing to help.I have a very bad experience with this store.
