Bad

I ordered a few items on the 19 of November 2024 but one of the items delivered was fan which had parts of it missing,it also looked like it had been used before so I requested a return,it’s been weeks now and everyday I’m being told that they are waiting on the supplier to respond,I’m so disappointed in the manner in which this is been handled.
