Baby cot- delivered is a pet bed mistake by Makro

I purchased a cot for my baby when which is due to be born in 5 days time.makro delivered a pet bed for me and when calling customer service they telling me I can only get a refund after the 20th for something rhat was not my fault...where do they expect my child to sleep.i am disgusted by the incompetence of makros and onto of everything the agent who assisted me drops the call without resolving the matter...I am not leaving this matter and I am going to escalate this even further.i want a resolution ASAP!!!!!!
