Awful service makro

Order placed 1 March, attempted delivery 3 March, courier called was in wrong area, put phone down on me. Corrected address online and again verbally on 10th, attempted delivery 23 match again went to.incorrect address. Called makro, phone put down on me again.

No contact from them at all from 3 March I had to contact them.looking for my bins. Don't care, no follow ups, no phone calls.

Have now requested refund. Tried to do that on phone yesterday, system down, when asked them to make a manual.note of my requests. They put phone down

No customer service at all
