Awful service

I rate them zero for service, I hv been shopping at Makro for mant years and the service I received today was dispicable to say the list, I had to wait for lose to a hour for my slip to be printed and the cashier who was assisting me disappeared for close to 50 mins saying he's getting a reprint, I ask the ones standing next to me they just stare at me without answers, had to go look for the manager myself, mind u its my lunch break, wanted to rush in buy few items and go back to the office, they hv messed up my day
