Awful practice
#MakroSA ordered an item online on the 4th of June received on the 6th, came rusted and worn out but apparently was brand new, mind you this is an item for a baby, returned on the 7th and im yet to see MY money its the 23rd of June #makro do you think this is ethical and rightful under the treating customer fairly act????
