Awful makro online - - - DON'T USE

I am a university student and was writing exams, I ordered a book from makro online and I can't stress this enough... DON'T USE MAKRO ONLINE! I ordered a book for my girlfriends graduation gift and it is taking so long to arrive that I finished exams, got covid, recovered from covid, she had her graduation and I've been home from university for a week now. The order was set to my university adress but obviously I've come home for Christmas (and it still hasn't arrived) I asked them to change the address and they won't.

The gift is wildly after her graduation and she won't get it for Christmas either.

I've emailed and emailed and eventually got through after waiting very long on hold and they won't help.
