Awesome Service

I have been meaning to send this since the 29th May and made a promise to myself that I will send this mail when I get a moment to.<br> <br> I was shopping at Makro Germiston Friday, 29 May as I was exiting the shop a gentlemen at the door (Bongani) he told me that's his name, he asked to push my trolley.<br> <br> I have never even my life came across someone sooo WELL manared and humble and so dedicated to their job. the gentlemen was friendly, cheerful and pleasant I was surprised and as though that was not enough after neatly packing my groceries in the car I offered to give him a tip (R10.00) but he politely declined and still had a happy smile on his face. This is not something normal, i found this to be an exceptional service and feel he was sincere and he should be developed and given a better chance if possible.<br> <br> i will never forget his smile and positive energy, I stopped before leaving and prayed for him as Im a christian and someone like him deserves more in life.<br> <br> This was an excellent service, I love shopping there and will definately be back again. :-)
