Awesome Customer service

I often use Makro and their online shopping and delivery service. My most recent order had 3 items in it. Unfortunately as the store was out of stock they had to split the order up into 3 separate deliveries. However there was no extra charge placed on me for 3 separate deliveries. I contacted their support team, Ayunda responded and tracked each order and kept me in the loop the whole time. Their online service orders don't tell you when an order is split nor even you will receive confirmation of the remaining items. So she was incredibly helpful in filling those gaps. She also called every day until all 3 orders had been received. #amazingservice
