It is with great joy that I write to you.

I have an amazing strory to tell .

About two weeks I went into your Makro store to buy a few essentials then went to Checkers to also buy some of the items I needed. I happened to lose my wallet at Checkers and after an hour searching for it with one on the employees there, I decided I would go and have everything that was lost replaced.

Apparently one of the security guys picked it up and handed it over to management... Now the problem was that they could only find my ID and Makro card inside the wallet, no telephone number. They actually called Makro to ask if they could help identify " the customer that lost his wallet" using my ID number.

On my way to the police station, I received a call from a Moeketsi Mokoena from Makro, who asked me a few security questions just to make sure that I was the Makro card holder. I answered him accordingly and he told me the great news, " Your wallet has been found and it is with the manager at the checkers store you were in" .

Last week Thursday I managed to go to the checkers store to collect my wallet and thanked everyone there.

I would like to applaud Makro for having such caring employees who care deeply about their customers. I have tried getting hold of Moeketsi to thank him personally for helping me, with no luck.

I'm sharing this on all social media platforms.

I hope this reaches him and the entire management staff so that they know they have a gem!
