Awesome client service at Makro Centurion

I went to the Makro in Centurion last week Saturday day just to make my normal shopping. When I got to the tills or Cashier there was a lady who assisted me. I remember her name is Pontšho... I'm just not sure about the Surname but could be Nkadimeng. As I was making the purchase by her till my card declined due to reaching my daily limit. I tried to increase my limits and my network did not want to work.

I want to compliment her pleasant service because of the following reasons: 1. She was quite relaxed when my card declined and did not shout 'your card declined to my face' 2. She found alternative methods to assist and I was able to increase my limit on my app 3. She was so patient when I asked her to try my other card and couldn't remember the pin. 4. Her willingness to help
