AWESOME CALL CENTER SERVICE FROM RICHARD :)
I had such a great experience with a gentlemen at Makro Customer Service. Richard Mokgmokghoto. He was very hands on in assisting me in booking someone to come and see to my Freezer which is faulty, his personalty is contagious and very reassuring! I hope that this gentlemen is rewarded for his impeccable, humorous service!
