Awesome, awesome service!!

<p>I recently had an unfortunate situation where I had no choice in leaving a complaint at Makro Cape Gate. This was really an experience I would rather not experience again.</p> <p>I logged the complaint on Hello Peter and I was amazed at the response I got from the Team at the Cape Gate branch. Jacques van der Westhuizen and his manager contacted me and handled it extremely professional! That’s how a manager and team should be responding.</p> <p>I thank Jacques van der Westhuizen and team for the awesome service! Managers can definitely learn from them! The star rating out of 5, should be a 6 at least (if I can do that).</p> <p>The personal experience from Jacques van der Westhuizen was top quality.</p> <p>Awesome, awesome service!!
