Awefull Makro online order!!

Makro online is the worst. I ordered a Samsung washing machine online, and it was delivered, upon unboxing the machine, I noted some physical damage on the side. I immediately tried to log a return on the website, but I could not because the order status still showed as in progress. It has been more than 15 days, and I still cannot get assistance with my order. I tried to contact them via email and by phone, but I have not received any assistance to date. This is really frustrating, and it seems like no one is willing to help!!!!
