Honestly, I’d rather try my luck getting a tax refund from SARS than dealing with their "service." So, here’s my story of joy and satisfaction: ordered a fridge on 28 November 2024— Not only was the delivery late (classic), but the fridge that finally arrived looked like it had survived a WWE match. Damaged, secondhand, and a masterpiece of disappointment. Logged a return on 5 December, and guess what? The call center keeps “escalating” my case into a black hole and asking me to wait two more days. I’ve been waiting ever since. Oh, and speaking to a manager? That’s like trying to contact aliens. The calls mysteriously get “cut off” every time. Coincidence? I think not. It’s truly inspiring how Makro SA operates. Zero accountability! One small client doesn’t touch our bottom line, so why care!
