AWAITING REFUND FROM MAY PURCHASE: NO REASON FOR DELAY

The worst customer service ever, I purchased the jagger couch on May 23 for 29K,to this day I haven’t received my refund. After submitting all the necessary documents to process my refund they sending me from pillar to post. I am so frustrated, they never communicate to their customers, their WhatsApp system is slow and emails they don’t respond.

This is disappointing to say the least, they should leave drop shipping to Takealot if they wanna to run a sustainable business.
