Awaiting refund from July 2024.2months later nothing had been credited back 2 my account

Yaz I'm still waiting for my refund. I am getting tired of calling useless consultants who keep on telling me they are escalating my complaint to the finance department without any positive outcome. I placed an order on the 7th of July my order for cancelled on the 21st of July 2024. So now that my order for cancelled without my products being delivered I'm supposed to get refund but I'm still waiting till this day 08th of September.
