Awaiting refund

Order MAK*** Order placed and paid on 27 Oct 2023. The full purchase was not delivered due to unavailable stock. I have requested the refund via WhatsApp, email and phone for the past 3 weeks and the only feedback that I am receiving is " we will get back to you". I made my payment promptly! Why should I have to wait almost a month? I even made a suggestion to provide me with store credit or a voucher + I resend my banking details!!
