Awaiting Payment even after the Payment is made😡

I made an online purchase with the payment going off on my side, OTP’s, notifications and everything but to my surprise it still shows as awaiting payment online as well as on the Makro app.

I see from the previous reviews that this is actually a common thing and honestly I wouldn’t have expected such from Makro, that’s why I didn’t even bother checking the online reviews before embarking upon what ended up being such a disappointing experience.

Makro when will my order arrive?
