awaiting order from the 26th of April

I guess I should have read the reviews about Makro before I purchased from them the second time. Both times were a big disaster, I bought a couch on the 26th of April, and I still have not received my couch. Every week they keep telling me to wait another 2-3 working days. When I requested a refund I was told I am going to wait longer than I am waiting for the couch.
