Awaiting Order from Makro since November last year
Im soo disappointed in Makro’s (Makro SA) online shopping platform. It’s the worst platform ever and their customer service sucks. I ordered stock in late November and I’m still waiting for it. I have made so many calls using my cell phone and wasting my airtime, emailed them and posted on social media. They have called me back many times promising that I will receive my stock but I’m still waiting.

In fact Mimi from your Woodmead store confirmed delivery today but I still haven’t received my stock. Please up your game Makro Gauteng as you have been an absolute disappointment. I personally will not be purchasing from your online platform again.
