AWAITING ORDER FEEDBACK SINCE 19/09/2022

To Whom it may concern, I visited Makro Germiston on the 17/09/2022 Spoke to Pretty at the back of the store in the receiving / delivery department.

She took my contact numbers as well as my daughters contact number and email. I placed an order with her, to which she would contact me on Monday the 19/09/2022, to date (23/09/2022) I have received no feedback regarding my order.

As she said she would contact the supplier and let us know on Monday 19/09/2022. My daughter has tried in vain to contact Pretty 4x times with no luck. Phone just rings, no answer and then cuts off. She has tried *** / *** / *** & ***. She is number 1 in the queue x6 and eventually when she got through to a human - simphiwe, she told him that she has been trying to get a hold of Pretty the whole week, he then puts her through again, which was a waste of time. As the phone was not answered - wasting almost 10 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone and assist - NOTHING.

We cannot drive up and down to the store to see if you have stock of the order we requested. Therefore she took our details and told us she would contact us on Monday?? Monday has come and gone, it is now Friday and NO CALLS or EMAIL RECEIVED regarding the Order I placed???
