Awaiting order!!!!

I am very disappointed at the service received and Makro and Dawn Wing (courier). I order last week 24/01 and I have not received my order. I tried to call Makro on both customer care number - call not going through at all, sent 2 emails - have not received a reply. Tried to call Dawn King VERY USELESS I held for a long time without any response or assistance! I am unable to follow up with anyone to find out where is my order is - last update on the makro website ORDER HAS BEEN HANDED OVER TO DAWN WING COURIERS so why is the courier company not delivering???? CUSTOMER SWRVICE IS VERY BAD I AM SO FRUSTARTED WITH NOW ONE TO ASSIST ME!!!! or must I cancel my order and order somewhere else???? this is very urgent. MAK***
