Awaiting for x2 returns to be processed
I bought a school bag online only to have a completely different bag delivered. Requested a return. Took 2 weeks to get a response from Makro. In good faith, thinking it was a once off mistake, I did a second order for the bag as my son needed it for school. Only to have an incorrect item delivered to me again!!!!! I requested a return and have not no response yet. I still have the incorrect bag with me.
Now, more than one month later, I am still awaiting my returns to be processed. +- R 1000.00 would really help at this time of the month!

The first order has been refunded.
I logged the return on the second order on the 27/01/2025 and I am still sitting with the bag. Had no contact from Makro. I called to request it be collected and was told they will arrange and still nothing.
