Awaiting Delivery - Poor Customer Service

I placed an order with Makro online on 29 November which showed delivery expected on the 3rd of December. Apparently I received a message on the 7th of December at 20H15 that courier on its way for delivery, two minutes later I received an SMS that delivery couldn't happen . I have been calling the Makro online call centre the past week every day and I get the same story of delivery will happen tomorrow. It's now the 17th of December and I can believe the service we get from Makro online that this delivery can happen in 2025. Never support Makro there are *********** people working there.
