Awaiting an extended warrenty which was paid for

I paid for a warranty for a dishwasher machine, I was told that I would receive an e-mail with an attachment. I received the e-mail without the attachment, I sent an e-mail notifying Makro of the e-mail. The sales person that sold the dishwasher called me at an inconvenience time on the Thur 21 Dec 2023. I requested that he call me the following day, which he did not. I went into the store to see him but he was unavailable, I left a message which he did not return. I have made numerous calls trying to get this issue resolved but have not been successful.
