Await order or refund . No feedback nothing

I ordered a chair on makro online paid using Payflex , the order was confirmed on Payflex and money debited . But on the makro app it indicated that my order was not placed . Called them same day and received confirmation that Makro been having issues with banks and that finance will allocate my funds and il be refunded or my order will be processed. No communication from finance or makro since the 25th . I’ve send an email called twice and been told to wait for feedback. Yet on the app said I will be refunded within 48hours. Been too long can makro proceed my order . I should have received my chair by now . I want my chair as soon as possible or refund me today .
