Avoidable issues
Order 3 boxes of Typek paper. The order arrived here - all paper individually packed. Half the reams were open, some were taped closed where it was torn. I logged a call and was told it would be escalated only to find out this morning it wasn't escalated. I now have to lose a simple deal as my client needs their paper. This boils down to simple things that can be avoided - why would you pack a torn ream of paper and open reams expecting clients to be ok with it. Go back and find closed reams i mean really

It costs me money to drive to you - no one compensates me for that
you sort out your mess on your own - and i want it done soon, my client is getting irritated with me for late delivery. I have had to go and buy another box of paper in the mean time to keep them calm
