Avoid their online store like it's ***** on your street

If you do not go in store, don't buy a THING from here. They should just close their online shopping. Have never had a great experience but they are now dogging my emails and refusing to deliver an outstanding package because they claim it was delivered. Well I don't have it. And their total lack of effort to communicate or make any corrective action is unlike anything I have ever experienced in retail.
