Avoid shopping at Makro Wonderboom. Avoid the store like a plaque!

Since purchasing meat from Makro which turned out to be of awful condition, I have tried to resolve the issue with Makro, to no avail. I have called tirelessly for days since Monday, each time, being on hold for anything between 15 and 30 mins, only to have my calls disconnected, or to be **** to. Needless to say, my cell phone call costs escalate which adds frustration to the matter, since that is an added loss to me! Jason, the butchery manager whom I managed to get through to yesterday after yet another lengthy and tedious call attempt, stated that he would send me a WhatsApp when we ended the call, such that I could send him pics of the meat and my receipt. Of course, he **** to me, since I've never heard back from him since. Earlier today I endured yet another excruciating round of calling and being placed on hold for excessive periods, only to be disconnected again. I have found that Makro Wonderboom is the worst of all Makro stores to deal with, while Makro on the whole, leaves much to be desired in terms of customer service! They simply do NOT respect patrons and their customer service lacks!
