Avoid Makro Online! They ***** your Money! NO products delivered and NO refunds... BEWARE!!!

DON't USE Makro online, they ***** your money!

To whom it may concern. Don't use Makro Online. I ordered a chair with order number MAK ********** . It never arrived. After many hours on the phone of promises that it will be delivered the next week and the next week and the next week (this went on for two months). Then I decided to cancel the order and the agent promised the money will be paid back. For 3 months now (7 May 2019 today) that is 6 months since the purchase on 24 November 2018, the money still has not been paid. When you phone the call center every time you have to tell the story again and they all make the same promise. "They will escalate and ask the finance department and come back, which never happens." I have spend hundreds of rands on the phone trying to get someone to help me. I even got a line manager Lerato Ramokolo (after 30 minutes on the phone) and it is just empty promises again with no follow-up. Through e-mail support, I tried to work with Linda Tshabalala, but again they say their hands is chopped off and they can only escalate.

Makro Online DON'T work! Their systems are too complex and no one you speak to can give you an answer. You WILL WAIST your money and you WON'T receive a product you a paid for. DON'T USE MAKRO ONLINE!!!! Beware!!!!

I had the same situation with TakeAlot and it was solved in 3 working days. TakeAlot is miles ahead of Makro Online!!!
