Avoid Makro Online Store Orders
Enjoy shopping at Makro and over a decade have had no issues. I urge people at all costs to avoid ordering online from their website. Ordered a Martha Stewart Cedar Christmas Tree 210 cm R4 999. Received the wrong product. Mistakes happen (but it is a companies response that makes all the difference) I called Makro's call centre daily all agents have been very polite and helpful and have escalated the matter but nothing has happened to resolve the issue. Writing in desperation in the hope that someone from Makro see's this message and is able to assist me as at this rate I'm likely to only receive the Christmas tree after Christmas or not at all. Ordered on 7/12/2024, Wrong product delivered 12/12/2024 been following up daily to get the correct order without any success it is now 17/12/2024. In hindsight I should have never ordered a Christmas tree online as these things are time specific.
