Avoid Makro online orders (2)
I recently gave a negative review under the heading: Avoid Makro online orders. I received a response from Makro that they will investigate and provide me constructive feedback. Their constructive feedback was that you will refund the delivery fee. Once again no explanation offered for their conduct. I also ordered and paid for Tafel Lager that was not in stock when I was forced to collected the order myself. I completed the paper work for a refund of both the Tafel Lager and the delivery fee but now I only received a refund of R90 for the delivery fee. Please arrange for a refund for the above mentioned Tafel Lager. This matter has not been resolved despite your empty promises.
