Avoid Makro online - it's unreliable and frustrating
I placed an order on 22 June. Delivery was "promised" by 27 June. It is 5 July and no delivery or communication from Value Express. Makro says Value Express will contact me but they don't. Many phone calls and emails and no progress with delivery. Just frustration. I won't order from Makro Online again. It takes too long and is too frustrating with a lack of information provided through the online portal and call centre and inability to speak to Value Express, as they don't answer their phones.

08 Jul 2025, 18:10"My order" was finally delivered today after writing this review and making many phone calls and many emails and waiting at home on many days when there were other things that I needed to do elsewhere... AND... the item that was delivered was entirely the wrong item!!!!! So so frustrated.
