Avoid Makro Online at all costs

Never buy anything from Makro online/ I may have rated them with one star here, but I most certainly wouldnt have put anything if I'd had the option. I received a faulty product and it took four weeks, untold number of phone calls, endless chaos and total frustration to resolve. Fortunately in the end the supplier resolved the problem personally with no help from Makro themselves. You're continually redirected to their online call centre, speak to a different person every time, getting different excuses with no one taking ownership of the problem. It's merely a matter of forwarding your complaint to another department and no one actually doing anything. Save yourself a lot of hassle and buy elsewhere.
